The Role
As a Tenant Liaison Officer, you’ll be the key point of contact between tenants, contractors, and the local authority during planned maintenance and refurbishment projects. Your role will be to ensure residents are informed, supported, and comfortable throughout the process, minimising disruption and addressing concerns as they arise.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Act as the main link between tenants, contractors, and the council
✔ Provide clear and timely communication on project timelines and works
✔ Handle tenant queries and concerns, resolving issues promptly
✔ Conduct home visits, tenant meetings, and surveys as needed
✔ Support vulnerable residents to ensure access and safety during works
✔ Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress reports
What We’re Looking For
✅ Previous experience in a Tenant Liaison Officer or Resident Liaison role
✅ Strong communication & customer service skills
✅ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
✅ Understanding of social housing, construction, or refurbishment projects
✅ Full UK driving licence (preferred)
