Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Coordinator to lead our project management team in delivering high-quality projects.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction project management, including programme management, resource allocation, and contract administration.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing project plans, ensuring adequate resourcing, and administering project contracts.
In addition, you will maintain quality management, manage designers and consultants, and oversee cost and value management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement project plans, including short-term planning and communication with the team.
* Ensure adequate resourcing, including staff, operatives, and supply chain.
* Administer project contracts, including contract programme (Cl31, Cl32, CE programmes & Cl14).
* Maintain quality management in accordance with the Quality Management Plan.
* Manage designers and consultants, including input into designer/consultant contracts and design management procedures.
* Oversee cost and value management, including tracking and recovering change and additional value where required.
* Prepare project reports, including monthly project progress reports and presentations to customers.
Requirements:
* A successful track record in managing operational delivery within construction.
* Experience in working on large-scale projects and managing multi-disciplined teams.
* Ability to train, mentor, and coach teams.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Relevant formal qualification, such as HNC, HND, or Degree.
* CSCS and CITB 5 Day Safety Supervisor qualifications.
