Sales & Account Manager Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum Company Overview: We are representing a manufacturing and distribution company seeking a motivated and passionate Sales & Account Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in new business development and relationship management. Key Duties: Manage existing accounts/customers Identify opportunities for growth through cross-selling and upselling Present pricing and quotes aligned with customer needs Follow up on quotes, proposals, and customer queries to strengthen relationships Provide account performance reports and sales forecasts to leadership Lead negotiations to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes Occasionally travel to customers to enhance engagement and communication Proactively manage customer expectations regarding stock levels, delivery timelines, and overall service Actively seek to understand customers' evolving needs Conduct customer outreach through calls, social media platforms, emails, and meetings to generate leads Monitor market trends to understand customer behaviour, industry developments, and competitive landscape Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build brand visibility and network with potential customers Ensure the CRM is up to date and accurate to track customer interactions and pipeline progress Set up and maintain customer accounts, including conversations, meetings, and agreements for future reference Application Process: If you have a strong sales & account management background and the ability to build relationships with new and existing customers, please apply.
