Job Description Store Manager – Max Mara London Max Mara is looking for a Store Manager for one of our stores in London. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, goal-oriented individual with several years of experience in the role of store manager within fashion and/or luxury retail companies, ideally within a structured retail organization. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and oversee all store activities, ensuring maximum operational efficiency. Organize commercial spaces in line with head office guidelines and manage product placement to meet sales objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, offering personalized advice and purchase support. Monitor sales performance to achieve both qualitative and quantitative targets, proposing commercial initiatives to help meet assigned budgets. Track turnover and KPIs to maintain a comprehensive view of the store's commercial performance. Work closely with corporate departments (Retail, Visual Merchandising, and Buying Department) to support the store's operations. Lead and motivate the store team through continuous feedback, setting a positive example. Foster and promote corporate values among staff to ensure high-quality customer service. Manage staff, including identifying needs, training, motivating, scheduling, managing holidays and time off, resolving conflicts, and promoting teamwork. Ideal Candidate: Passion for fashion and luxury. Strong leadership and managerial skills. Enthusiasm for digital tools and technology in retail. Excellent customer service skills with a positive and proactive attitude. Team-oriented with the ability to effectively manage human resources. Fluency in English is essential; Italian is a plus.
