Vacancy: Quality Manager The role will be a dual role of Quality Manager (primary) and secondary role of Lean Coach The Quality Manager R&D is responsible to ensure the preparation and release of a QA-Plan as well as its implementation. They will monitor the adherence to instructions and regulations. Location: This role is based at our Hebburn site, with the option to work on a hybrid basis. You'll make a difference by: Ensure adherence to customer quality requirements and satisfaction in order to meet customer expectations Ensure determination and consistent implementation of the SW- and HW QA- Plan Verify activities/procedures to determine whether they follow the documented process Check whether evaluation and work results (documented information) is properly recorded, controlled, retained and analyzed Support continuous process improvement as well as internal and external audits. Plan corrections for identified deviations or non-compliance issues, and track them to closure Perform regular quality reporting, which also includes the quality of work results (e.g. as seen from a quality viewpoint) and process deviations Additional tasks: Verification of efficiency of defined QA measures as represented in the QA-Plan Moderation the process tailoring Performance of regular spot checks of the development team's work results to determine whether they are suitable and follow the documented process Check whether evaluations of work results are implemented systematically Observation of Product Safety and Cyber Security procedures Observation of Supplier Quality and SW Clearing procedures Suggesting proposals for improvement/corrections Support of NCC Managers with regards to root cause analysis and corrective actions for NCC Management Coaching and support in terms of quality management, continuous improvement, problem solving and risk evaluation methods Lean/Agile Coach: The agile coach is responsible to multiply the agile mindset and process know-how within the development teams.
