Our busy client requires an OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR to join the current team.
Hours of Work – Flexible with starting and finishing time - Monday – Friday 9:00am-3:30pm
Salary £25000-£28000 Pro rata
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Dealing with all incoming calls
* Data Management – HR Admin & H&S documentation – keeping all paperwork up to date
* Maintain MOTS/INSURANCES/TAX etc for company vehicles
* Organise Engineer Job Cards
* Maintain vehicle and plant repairs registers
* Book travel and accommodation for traveling staff
* Business support for the Accounts manager – completing Invoicing etc
* Marketing administration - Social Media
CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages such as Excel, Teams, Word etc.
* Previous administrative experience is essential
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication, organisation and prioritisation skills
