Job Overview The Medical Directorate has a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, enthusiastic and forward thinking leader to join our nursing team in Ysbyty Glan Clwyd, Ward 4, Cardiology as a Band 7 Ward Manager. Main duties of the job We are delighted to offer the opportunity to come and join our medical division here in Glan Clwyd Hospital as the ward manager. We need an experienced, highly motivated experienced senior nurse who can support and manage a 25 bedded Cardiology ward. As a ward manager you will lead the team to provide the best possible care for our patients ensuring they follow the most appropriate pathway for their journey through our services. The job is challenging and rewarding in equal measure, and you will require resilience, determination and the ability to seek new and improved ways of working. The post holder will be supported by the medical Matron along with the medical Head of Nursing.
