In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 IT Support delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
A Typical Day in the Job:
* Working with and supporting the technical team
* Liaising with clients and customers, providing an excellent service and representing Unify to a high standard.
* Handling of customer support enquiries on the telephone and through email
* Supporting the engineering team with customer requirements on site
* Working towards technical accreditations
* Deployment of technical IT, Networking, and Telecommunication solutions
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
Salary, Hours & Benefits:
* £14,772 – £23,809 per annum, national minimum wage for age
* Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week, shifts varying between 8:30am-5:30pm
* 22 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
* Free fruit and hot and cold drinks
* Christmas bonus subject to performance
* Christmas and summer parties

* Confident dealing with customers over the phone and via email
* Well-organised and punctual
