Salary up to £25,000 per year plus benefits Greater Glasgow - Office based Our financial services client is looking for a Customer Services Advisor to support the Customer Service Team. You will be the first point of contact for the banks customers, over the telephone and through email. You will be responsible for answering customer questions, resolve issues, handle complaints, and administer back-office tasks. Experience needed: Previous experience working as a customer advisor within Financial Services or regulated enviroment Excellent communication skills - ability to build a rapport with customers Able to solve problems whilst maintaining a positive attitude Competent on MS Office - word, outlook, excel and powerpoint If you have the above experience please apply immediately
