What You'll Be Doing
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
4. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
5. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
What Are We Looking For
1. Proven track record in sales and business development; building materials experience is a plus.
2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. High level of competency in using Command software and other Microsoft software programs.

Salary Range: $85,730 - $114,310
