The Woodland Trust is looking for a Resourcing Coordinator – Apprentice to support the Strategic Resourcing team and the wider People team. The Role: This role is key in supporting the recruitment process undertaking recruitment administration across the different stages. You will create online content and help to manage the recruitment media platforms, such as Jostle, Linkedin, Unifrog and StudySmarter. You will raise PO’s, manage candidate queries, do pre-employment checks, file and maintain spreadsheets and candidate records. Assist in supporting cohorts of new apprentices and young people into the organisation to create a culture of inclusion. You will support with the recruitment process by arranging interviews, process candidate applications, process new starters and advertise roles using out Applicant Tracking and HR Systems. You will manage email and telephone enquiries, ensuring the first contact a candidate has with the Trust is a positive one. You'll manage existing partnerships and find new ones to support our work in early careers initiatives and apprenticeships. Assist with wider HR administration when needed, such as processing contracts, updating spreadsheets and managing queries. Includes a mix of working from home and at our main office in Grantham, Lincolnshire. Visits to Grantham would be required no more than once a month on average. The Candidate: You have an enthusiasm for the environment and share our core values—Grow Together, Explore, Focus and Make it Count. Strong communication skills, both written and verbally being able to liaise with internal and external stakeholders. You will have a keen interest in business, HR or recruitment. You will have experience in using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. You will have basic experience in administration such as writing emails and answering enquiries. Able to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders easily.Apprenticeship DetailsWhat you will Learn: You will undertake the Recruiter Level 3 Apprenticeship Additional Requirements: Whilst we welcome candidates who have previous qualifications, these cannot be in a field related to the apprenticeship due to a crossover in learning.
