About the Role As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Legal Executive, you will manage a diverse caseload of conveyancing matters from start to finish. This includes handling sales, purchases, remortgages, and equity release transactions for freehold and leasehold properties. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing growth and development of the conveyancing department.
Key Responsibilities:
Independently manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction to post-completion
Provide expert advice on a wide range of property transactions, ensuring compliance and accuracy throughout
Work collaboratively with the team to develop and expand the department’s services
Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service
About You: To excel in this role, you should have:
A minimum of 4 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in Residential Conveyancing
The ability to manage a caseload independently and efficiently
