Job Overview
The Acute Frailty Unit is a 12-14 bedded unit within the Care of the Elderly directorate. You will be working within the multi-disciplinary team to provide standards of care to our complex needs patients.
Main duties of the job
* Assisting patients with Activities of Daily Living
* Support Nursing and Medical Staff
* If necessary, escort patients as needed
* Maintain a safe environment
* Report any unsafe practices promptly to the Ward Manager/Senior Nurse.
