We are delighted to announce that we currently have an exciting opportunity for an IFA Administrator to join our small team based in the iconic India of Inchinnan Business Centre. The role involves supporting 1 IFA with technical and administration duties such as:
* Creation, maintenance and tracking of client records using the CRM system
* Processing and monitoring new applications for investments, pensions, life policies across several platforms
* Ongoing administration of client’s investments, pensions and life policies
* Regularly liaising with clients and providers
* Diary Management
* General office duties including scanning, mail, emails etc

The role would equally suit an experienced financial services administrator looking to achieve the right work/life balance or an administrator looking for further career progression. Brandane will be looking to add to the team over the next few years, our plan will be to recruit either internally or externally additional advisers over the next 1-3 years.
Requirements:
* Ideally experience in a financial services company with a good understanding of financial planning, products and processes
* Excellent communication and organisation skills
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook
* Ideally a working knowledge of Intelligent Office or similar CRM systems
* Ideally a working knowledge of Investment/Pension Providers online systems and Platforms
* A positive attitude and thirst to learn and adapt
* The potential to add value to existing processes to improve efficiency
