We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our permanent Kitchen team at our restaurant in Cromer. As a Sous Chef, your role is critical to the smooth running of our meal time service and the overall dining experience.
Requirements & Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Chef in menu creation and development
Good organisational skills
Works well under pressure
Deputise in absence of the Senior Chef
Lead by example
Management of the junior chefs
Punctual and reliable
Problem solving
