Job Description
* Manage and resolve queries related to contracts, sales orders and financial data.
* Provide support and solutions to internal/external customers.
* Communicate and provide administrative support to other teams.
* Ensure all financial information is accurate and up-to-date.
* Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes.
* Assist in the preparation of reports and documents.
* Follow company policies and procedures related to financial management.
* Handle confidential information with discretion.
The Successful Applicant
* Previous experience in a finance related role / transferable skills and experience.
* Organizational and time management skills, ability to handle priorities and meet deadlines.
* Attention to detail to drive accuracy.
* Experience of using Excel including Pivot Tables and Lookup capability.
* Experience of working with software SaaS applications such as Salesforce would be an advantage.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships.
