Our global sales team is growing, and we are looking for a Key Account Manager Global Sales, MICE segment, who will support the GSO vision and mission by leveraging MHRs products and services within their assigned account portfolio. This role will ensure that it builds long-term, value-based customer relationships that will enable the success of key performance indicators and objectives. This role will be responsible for proactive selling, total account management of key accounts, and closing business for both Regional and International Hotels. Hotel familiarization trips and client events will be required throughout the year. Key Responsibility:
* Coordinate with the VP of Global Sales to produce the annual strategy plan and sales budget for MICE accounts.
* Build a clear plan to achieve the agreed goals and objectives set out in the annual sales plan, focusing on Millennium Hotels and Resorts regional and Global hotels in the region.
* Manage RFP for MICE travel and handled and converted leads from end-user accounts and third parties.
* Research and identify new business for the group from your account base, work very closely with local M&C salespeople and account managers in MICE Agencies
* Lead quarterly/ monthly reviews with the Agency Account Manager's key contacts within assigned regions, assessing market share gains, driving activity, and agreeing on MI targets for the hotels.

Previous experience working with regional or global accounts and a track record of over achievements to targets
