Responsibilities:
* Provide direct support to a team by scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
* Prepare and format documents.
* Maintain and organise files, both electronic and hard copy, ensuring all documents are up to date and easily accessible.
* Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, responding to inquiries as appropriate and directing them to the relevant team member.
* Support the team in various administrative tasks.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Secretary/Administrator
* Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* A pro-active approach to problem-solving and a strong sense of initiative.
