An experienced Administrator is required to join a leading UK law firm to work within the firm's Real Estate department. You will be required to have previous administration experience from either a legal or professional services background.

Duties include:
1. Dealing with the post daily
2. Assisting legal secretaries to maintain efficient filing and administration systems
3. Assist secretaries to create and maintain information
4. Scheduling of documents
5. File closure
6. Assist when required with the preparation of completion documents and presentations
7. Typing and amending documents
8. Document Production - Photocopying/Scanning/Printing/Binding
