About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and creativeMarketing Managerto lead and elevate our brands’ digital presence, social media strategies, and public relations efforts. As Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in growing engagement across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, while developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies that align with broader business objectives.
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with internal teams, including Account Managers and the Creative Director, to deliver outstanding results for our clients. You’ll bring your creative expertise to the table, designing impactful campaigns from concept to execution, while consistently analysing and optimizing to drive continuous growth. We operate across various sectors, including Health & Beauty, Baby Care, and Vitamins, while continuously innovating and developing new brands.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and optimize integrated social media strategies that align with overall business and marketing objectives.
* Social Media Management: Oversee and manage key social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) including content creation, scheduling, and engagement. Monitor performance to ensure each channel’s growth and engagement targets are met.
* Paid Advertising: In-depth knowledge of paid advertising, influencer partnerships, SEO, and copywriting best practices.
* Campaign Development & Execution: Lead the planning and execution of digital campaigns, product launches, events, and promotions. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure all initiatives are aligned with strategic goals and are delivered on time and on budget.
* Performance Analysis & Reporting: Analyse and track social media performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns. Provide detailed performance reports and actionable insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
* Public Relations Strategy: Oversee the development and execution of PR strategies, including writing press releases, media outreach, and building key relationships with journalists and influencers.
* Industry Trends & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep our strategies fresh and innovative, ensuring clients stay ahead of the competition.
* Budget & Performance Oversight: Manage marketing budgets, track campaign performance, and provide senior management with insights and recommendations for future marketing investments.
* Internal Education & Advocacy: Champion digital best practices within the company, promoting a culture of creativity, data-driven decision-making, and continuous learning.
Experience and Skills:
* Successful Track Record: Demonstrated success in leading digital marketing campaigns, particularly in a creative agency or a similar fast-paced environment.
* Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling, and targeted messages for diverse audiences.
* Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, develop actionable plans, and translate marketing goals into effective digital initiatives.
* Project Management Expertise: Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
* Analytical & Data-Driven: Comfortable analysing performance data, using insights to optimize campaigns, and presenting findings to clients and internal teams.
* Creative Mindset: A passion for ideation and pushing the boundaries of creativity in digital marketing to engage and captivate audiences.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems (e.g., Hey Orca, Canva, Meta Business).
8-10 years experience within a similar role.
Office based Monday to Friday – 9-5:30 – St Albans.
