We are looking to strengthen our Admin Support team with an Timesheet Administrator based at One Alliance, Peterborough office. You will report directly to the Regional Commercial Manager and your role will be responsible for administering both the Company’s and the Client’s timesheet systems. The role is also to be responsible for all time related functions, comprising but not limited to: Holidays and absences, Flexible working, Overtime, Training and support our operational offices to provide a professional and efficient administration service. Key responsibilities will include: To be the link between the Company’s and the Client’s timesheet systems and that they are aligned. Day-to-day running and maintenance of the timesheet and timesheet support systems To become the main point of contact for all timesheet related queries Provide regular reports on missing timesheets and chase for these missing timesheets Work closely with Central finance team and the client’s SAP team on staff recharges Assist the site staff with timesheet inputs and expense submittals Supporting the Commercial Manager with Financial tasks as required About You Essential IT & Communication Skills Competent in retrieving and understanding data from the chosen timesheet system Strong communication skills Good attention to detail Takes ownership of output Ability to work alone and as part of a team Self-confident Desirable Previous experience ideally in a similar role within the construction industry Experience of using a computerised timesheet systems (SAP and/or IFS) Experience of using a computerised accounting system (IFS) About Us MWH Treatment is an integrated design and build provider working in the water sector.
