As theMultiskilled Maintenance Engineeryou will effectively maintain and improve manufacturing equipment and site infrastructure including site utilities ensuring safe and continuous operation.
This is a Shift based role with the Shift Pattern: 24/5 on a 12 hour rotating shift pattern

Your responsibilities:
1. Support the procurement, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of key automated manufacturing & site plant equipment including process modifications and expansion; to meet agreed specifications in line with Business’ requirements.
2. Implement, document and report routine maintenance schedules for both plant and machinery using a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
3. Ensure all engineering work practices meet all current EHS legislation and apply Group EHS policies.
4. Continually seek to improve existing processes in support of increased material utilisation, production#
5. Support EHS and LEAN related goals, in line with valid ISO and IATF standards.
6. Control the work of contractors; ensure appropriate risk assessments and documentation are provided and the required work permits have been issued.
Requirements for the role:
7. Ideally apprentice trained with 4 years experience in an automated, fast-paced manufacturing environment
8. Experience of high temperature ovens, roll handling and hydraulic presses an advantage
9. Electrically biased engineer with solid understanding of mechanical engineering an advantage
10. Experience of stepper motors, servo drives, variable frequency drives and ac/dc motors
11. Proven knowledge of process automation equipment including PLC systems: Allen Bradley, Logix/Studio 5000/Device/Control Net, Mitsubishi Developer, Omron CX Programmer & BMS Trend 963 software
12. Qualified to C&G or HNC (Level 4) in electrical/mechanical engineering discipline
