Overview:
The Sales Manager (Trucks and Commercial vehicles) is responsible for customer acquisition, achieving sales targets, and growing the company’s market share in the truck and commercial vehicles sales segment.
The role involves customer relationship management, market analysis, and ensuring a strong link to its customer base he (she) will have created.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
* Identify customer needs and propose suitable truck and commercial vehicles models and solutions.
* Handle high-value negotiations and close large-scale deals.
* Provide regular reports on market insights and sales performance to management.
* Attend selected events and trade shows to build and develop its customer portfolio.
Compliance:
* Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and client interactions in our Salesforce CRM.
Requirements:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (MBA preferred).
* Experience: 3+ years in truck sales or commercial vehicles sales.
* Skills: Strong negotiation and communication abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and MS-Office.
* Knowledge: In-depth understanding of trucks, vehicle specifications, and conversions.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
* Achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets.
* Customer satisfaction and retention rates.
* Individual performance metrics.
* Growth in market share and client base.
