Do you want to support Young People in care to achieve their goals? This could be the role for you.
A typical day could include playing sports, cooking, gardening, taking young people to school; the list is endless. If this appeals to you, this could be the role for you.
We have a beautiful home in Morpeth, recently refurbished. Our homes provide excellent accommodation for children and young people, allowing for a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment, where children and young people have been diagnosed with Autism and/or a learning need preventing them from living with their birth family. We will support them to develop independence skills or prepare to live in a supported adult home. We are currently looking for team members, particularly those who can drive.
Staff welfare is also important to us; your rota will be shared in advance to ensure you can also manage your personal time. If you don't already have a Level 3 qualification, you will be enrolled onto this.
