Does this sound like you?
Either you're someone who's been heavily focussed on the sales side already in an IAM consultancy, or perhaps you're an IAM consultant who's had sales as part of their role, and you'd like to focus in this area now.
* 3+ years of experience in sales in IAM: e.g. Running RFP responses, producing and managing proposals upto £500k and above
* You'll have had some sort of relationships before with the likes of SailPoint, Delinea, CyberArk, OneIdentity...
* A natural networker, and ideally no stranger to industry events
* Ideally you'll also have estimating experience
What you'll be doing
Up until now, the senior consulting team and others in the business have been covering a lot of the sales side supporting the sales director. They've realised that they need someone dedicated to this area moving forward starting early 2025 which is why this new role is being hired for.
As an IAM Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in driving sales across the IAM practice broadly across the categories of advisory, assurance, managed services, and system implementation. Given the role is sales focussed, you can expect a heavy lean on this, however there may occasionally also be opportunities to get involved in other ways in future.
You can expect a level of travel now and again as you'll likely appreciate in the IAM world, especially for conferences, events & sometimes meeting clients.
