The Role: Reporting to the Company Secretary, this 12-month Interim role will be responsible for the procurement framework, and leading a change program to improve the procurement processes. Working with the wider team to help support and drive process improvements Contribute to the design of the CRM to promote the efficiency of the procurement processes. Review all major supplier contracts prior to signature Ongoing support, advice and training with teams to ensure they understand and comply with the procurement policies and processes The Successful Candidate: Experienced in managing procurement functions, within either the commercial or charitable sectors. Possesses strong expertise in integrating Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) principles and sustainability into procurement processes to support organizational goals and ethical standards Keen attention to detail in contract review and in ensuring that procurement processes comply with policies and regulations Experience in the development of new policies and procedures Line management and team development Whats on offer?
