Role OverviewAs a Relationship Manager, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, taking a friendly, empathetic approach to understand their legal needs. You’ll manage these relationships from initial contact to client conversion, collaborating closely with the legal team to ensure exceptional support. This role provides valuable experience in client engagement, legal processes, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients through multiple channels, including phone, web forms, web chat, referrals, and social media.
- Identify and assess each client’s legal needs, qualifying leads to align with our services.
- Offer consultative guidance on our legal services, clearly explaining options and building rapport.
- Provide ongoing support, ensuring clients feel informed and valued at each stage of their journey.
- Collaborate with solicitors on both contentious and non-contentious matters, following up on enquiries to drive client satisfaction and conversion.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, fostering trust, transparency, and long-term loyalty.
- Track interactions in CRM systems to support consistent service.
- Contribute to client engagement strategies, raising awareness of our services and encouraging referrals.
- Actively participate in retention and client engagement strategies, suggesting ways to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
- Recent law graduate (LLB or equivalent) or experience in a solicitor's practice or the service industry.
- Prior experience in customer service or client-facing roles is advantageous.
