Working within the H&C Central Team the candidate will help to deliver critical business intelligence requirements across H&C. They will also play a large role in driving simplification and enhancements to business ways of working. The candidate will work closely with the commercial functions to ensure developments meet the business needs but will also need to develop strong networks with the Technology teams to deliver robust and reliable solutions. They will need to work with an Agile approach to release value to business as quickly as possible and be responsive to business needs to effectively manage and prioritise their workload. You will be responsible for: Support in the collation of business reporting requirements. Analyse existing reports and optimize them for standardization across the company. Support the delivery of regular reporting and analytical requirements of the business. Develop Tools and produce relevant training documentation for new and existing ways of working. Facilitating the simplification and standardisation across Home and Clothing. Producing Dashboard or summaries that display relevant information in the most user-friendly and creative way. You will need: Strong technical and problem-solving skills. Good commercial understanding of the Buying and Merchandising process. Good understanding of coding languages e.g., SQL and VBA. Experience with BI tools e.g., Tableau. Ability to clearly communicate complex technical issues effectively between business users and technical experts. Effectively manage stakeholder expectations.
