Excellent oral and written communication skills for content creation to deliver internal communications pieces with accuracy & flair. Supportive, team focused attitude – working as a team not as an individual to support each other in challenge and celebrate together in successes, learning from each other About the role: There are three main areas of focus for the Culture team and this position: Continually enhance our game-changing employee experience across the whole employee lifecycle; enhancing wellbeing and engagement for all. Delivery of Internal Communications, Events & People Engagement initiatives. Delivery of our ESG framework (Diversity, Equity and Inclusivity, Charity & Community, Environment & Sustainability and Wellbeing & Engagement) that underpins our business. The People and Culture Partner role is pivotal to the success of this function, and is hugely varied, influential and exciting. You will, under the guidance of the Head of Culture: Forge strong and credible relationships with people across The IN Group and really understand what our Culture stands for, so you can challenge, influence and enhance what is required Execute our Internal Communications strategy, with an organised and considered approach to audience, brands and group, in an efficient and structured way. Work in partnership with the other key people across the business such as: the People and Culture team, ESG Committee leads and forums, using thought leadership, to help push the boundaries of thinking. Identify, review and evolve all the things that influence and shape our culture, and how we can maximise their effectiveness. Collaborate as a thought partner to the Head of Culture, providing compelling insight and data to support recommendations and challenge. Creation of data summaries across benefits usage and workplace utilisation to recommend enhancements and interventions for the benefit of our People experience and ROI. Deliver CMI (competitive market intelligence) insights in partnership with Talent Acquisition to recommend cultural enhancements that seek to stay ahead of industry competition and support our Employee Value Proposition. End to end delivery of the Group-wide employee engagement survey. Engage external speakers spanning wellbeing, L&D, DEI, and Performance Culture in partnership with committees and HoC. Design and deliver people experiences across all stages of the People Experience in partnership with key stakeholders, including the presentation and delivery of the group wide induction. Work in partnership with our group Head of Facilities to support our carbon reduction plan as well as mandatory regulatory reporting requirements, such as ESOS, SECR and Ecovadis. Provide counsel to HoC on Environmental & Sustainability strategy to create a sustainable, realistic and measurable 10 year plan.
