Site Manager Wanted for a 6-Month Contract in Oldham
My client is seeking an experienced site manager for a 6-month contract to oversee a clean-room build in Oldham. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations, liaising with clients, and monitoring budgets.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience as a site manager in the construction sector
2. SMSTS accreditation or an equivalent qualification such as a NEBOSH certificate
3. CSCS card (Black) indicating advanced knowledge relevant to managerial roles
4. Experience in constructing clean rooms is preferred
Remuneration:
This Outside IR35 position offers between £300 - £320 per day, depending on qualifications and experience.
