£33,000 OTE (The OTE is realistic and mostly uncapped so that high performers can- and do - earn good rewards)
Monday to Friday 9-5.30, Saturdays on a rota 10-4, 25 Saturdays per annum, lieu days or additional holidays granted for Saturdays worked.

THE TEAM: The successful candidate will be joining one of the most successful teams in our area, already a leading player in Crewe and Nantwich. We are renowned for our strong online presence and property presentation, delivering results for our clients with a high commitment to customer service excellence. We have won numerous awards from national industry bodies and were ranked in the top 10% of all agents nationally! We have firm ambitions for future growth and are committed to developing our staff through our excellent in-house Training Academy, sponsoring the pursuit of industry professional qualifications.
KEY TASKS:
* Present and launch properties for sale and manage enquiries; solicit and conduct high-quality viewings; solicit, promote and negotiate offers, checking chains and proof of funds.
* Manage stock of properties, provide regular vendor feedback and where appropriate seek price adjustments or other concessions to help properties sell; keep all parties up to date and informed on a regular basis, delivering timely, accurate and high-quality customer service.
* Work with CRM and buyer applicants to secure additional valuation opportunities; maximise opportunities for introductions to lettings, legal and financial services.
* Assist and support colleagues to secure key company goals and objectives. Some valuation opportunities might be available on a limited basis for qualified candidates.
* Be an excellent ambassador for the brand, delivering a high service level and obtaining positive feedback and reviews.
THE PERSON:
* A professional sales outlook, sense of responsibility, customer focus, and keenness to be rewarded for hard work and achievement is sought.
* Candidates should be self-starting, able to work on their own initiative, and committed to personal growth and development.
* We are looking for selling skills and a will to win and to exceed targets, while being professional and enhancing customer relationships.
* Hold a Full UK driving licence.
