This role offers a valuable opportunity to strengthen your clinical skills in a direct client setting while collaborating with a dedicated team of allied health professionals. You'll play a key role in supporting rural individuals and families, working alongside an experienced and supportive team that fosters growth and development. Additionally, this position provides mentorship and guidance to junior staff, students, and peers through individual supervision and group mentoring.

About You:
We are looking for an experienced Social Worker who is:
* Experienced and competent in supporting rural families, with exceptional interpersonal skills and a flexible approach.
* Able to work in a collaborative and respectful way, demonstrating warmth and compassion for others.
* Confident in the value of Social Work in community and inpatient contexts, whilst also valuing the contributions and perspectives of other professions.
* Committed to partnering with clients and families.
* Passionate about improving rural health services.
Requirements:
* Bachelor in Social Work or equivalent with eligibility for membership with Australian Association of Social Work (AASW).
Additional Information:
* To be eligible for permanent employment in this position you must be an Australian Citizen, or a permanent resident of Australia, or a New Zealand citizen with a current New Zealand Passport. Employment of a temporary visa holder may only occur if no suitable local candidate is identified for the position; in this instance, you may only be offered employment in line with the conditions and expiry date of your visa.
