I am excited to be partnering with Lotus Cars in their search for an Organisational Development Director for their UK manufacturing plant in Hethel, Norfolk.

You'll bring people together and embed a high-performance culture. Strategic planning, Talent Development and Performance, Employee Experience - Culture and Engagement, Talent Acquisition, Change Management and Transformation and Collaboration/Communication.
An inspirational leader, you'll develop and execute long-term OD strategies aligned with the Lotus vision and mission, supporting HR operations with long-term workforce planning and collaborating with executive leadership to identify areas for organisational improvement and growth. You'll also look to develop their performance strategy and system to ensure best practice performance management supports effective business strategy delivery and achieves its target.
With full budget responsibility, you'll develop and deliver the annual HR OD strategic plan and enable delivery of HR analytics to help shape and drive business strategy. Partner with HR Operations to identify talent gaps and succession planning strategies, support best in class Early Careers, develop and deliver resource plans through effective recruitment processes and provide coaching and support to senior leaders to strengthen leadership capabilities.
You'll foster and drive the Lotus ROAD culture, Respect, One Team, Ambition and Drive, support best in class diversity and inclusion and wellness initiatives and work with your team to develop strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
What you'll need to succeed Please note, only applicants with automotive and/or Tier 1 automotive sector experience will be considered.
Automotive and/or Tier 1 automotive sector experience is essential
Bachelor's degree in Organisational Development, HR, Business Admin or related field
Proven experience in organisational development and change management/ transformation in a rapidly moving industry sector / organisation
Extensive experience with HR technologies, ideally SAP Success Factors
Strong leadership and project management skills
Ability to analyse data, identify trends and make data-driven recommendations
Familiar with OD methodologies, assessment tools and performance metrics
Knowledge of legal requirements for OD, recruitment, diversity and people
Work experience in listed companies
Coaching, Assessment, Organisation Design, Strategic Workforce planning, HR Analytics Leadership Capabilities
Manufacturing, project driving industrial experience
