Great news We have the perfect opportunity for you We are looking for a highly organised and detail orientated Commercial Sales Support Coordinator to join our Light Commercial Vehicles Sales Team based in Fradley. As Sales Support Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating the lifecycle of our commercial vehicle assets, ensuring all vehicles are progressed through from order to delivery. You will coordinate efficient arrivals, sales processing, vehicle processing and deliveries by working closely with internal teams, suppliers and customers to ensure smooth operations and handovers for an outstanding customer experience. Liaise with suppliers and transport providers to schedule and track vehicle deliveries to the designated locations. You will be effectively raising purchase orders, communicating to the relevant supplier in an accurate and timely manner. Maintaining accurate records of vehicle arrivals, specifications and conditions. Sold Assets: Process the sales of commercial vehicles ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately. Coordinate with the Finance and Admin teams to ensure invoices, contracts and customer documentation is in order. Ensure vehicle handovers comply with company policies and legal requirements. Vehicle Processing: Oversee vehicle preparation, including inspection servicing and repairs to ensure they are in top condition before delivery Work with internal departments and external providers to ensure vehicles are ready for customer collection or delivery Update internal tracking system and communicate progress to relevant departments and stakeholders. Vehicle Deliveries : Organise and coordinate vehicle deliveries to customers, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. Provide cover for our Vehicle handover Specialist as and when required this will involve driving the vehicles to our customers throughout the UK and carrying out a comprehensive handover. Address any delivery issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely resolution. Administration and Sales Enquires Updating systems to ensure current and accurate information at all times. Provide updates on progress, future, current or sold stock for system reports. Assist with process inbound sales enquires ensuring they are logged accordingly. What you will need: Previous experience in a similar role Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment Show initiative and problem-solving skills bringing solutions that will assist the business and customer Ability to provide holiday cover for our Vehicle handover Specialist as and when required this will involve driving vehicles to our customers throughout the UK and carrying out a comprehensive handover. Knowledge of vehicle specifications, compliance and documentation is advantageous handover full training will be provided.
