This role is at the forefront of shaping our brand and driving engagement across 2 innovative companies - I-fulfilment (providing international fulfilment services to growing brands) and BladePRO (a warehouse management SaaS).
You will deliver data-driven lead generation and sales campaigns, alongside brand management and customer marketing.
Responsibilities to include:
* Developing and managing project plans aligned with marketing goals and objectives. Adaptable, creative, and able to support a wide range of marketing activities including, but not limited to:
* Reporting on all projects and campaigns, producing up to date and accurate data
* Collaborating with marketing and design teams (in-house and agency) to ensure brand consistency and high quality assets
* Managing a content calendar to support optimised content across a variety of platforms, to include websites, blogs, social posts, email marketing, sales support materials, newsletters, video scripts, end-user content, how-to-guides, case studies, feature releases, and client communications (everything written, really!)
* Managing websites (our sites are on HubSpot).
* Working with our CRM (HubSpot) to deliver marketing actions and preparing marketing reports using data analysis tools.
* Working with external agencies to plan, execute, manage and review marketing activities including lead generation, SEO, PPC and other campaigns.
* Attending and organising company, networking and trade events when required.
* Conducting market research, addressable market size reviews, customer avatar profiling, benchmarking and industry trends
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role. You will be managing Marketing team members, and communicating with many departments and teams at all levels across the business, plus external agencies.

* Happy to be ‘brand police’ on all marketing, sales and other assets.
* Proficient with project planning, Microsoft Office, and using Excel.
* Love data and can produce useful, focused reports and track performance of campaigns.
* Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot ideally)
* Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
* Several years of relevant, multi disciplinary marketing experience.
* Know how to research addressable markets, and define customer avatars
* Knowledge of SEO best practices and content management systems.
* Proficiency with social media platforms and content distribution channels.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong writing and editing skills with previous content/copywriting experience and spot on proofreading.

Experience: At least 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
This role will be based on site, across our 2 locations in Christchurch, Dorset and Bournemouth Airport
