We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Account Manager to join a fast-paced and dynamic sales team based in Horsforth, Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in customer account management, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.
About the Role:
As an Account Manager, you will be the primary internal sales contact for customers in your designated region. Your focus will be on managing existing client relationships, proactively engaging with customers, and identifying opportunities to maximise sales. You’ll use sales data to monitor customer activity, follow up on quotes, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and develop relationships with existing customers.
* Provide a world-class customer experience at every touchpoint.
* Handle inbound sales enquiries and maximise opportunities.
* Conduct 42 proactive outbound calls per day to engage customers.
* Follow up on quotes, ensuring conversion and upselling opportunities.
* Use sales reports (Gap Matrix & Drop-Off Reports) to identify revenue opportunities.
* Schedule and coordinate meetings for Business Development Managers (BDMs).
* Keep CRM and internal sales systems up to date with accurate information.
* Conduct telemarketing activities and qualify leads from inbound enquiries.
