About you
In addition to having experience of supporting people with their mental health in a statutory, voluntary or homelessness setting, you will have:
-A strong knowledge of mental health diagnoses and other mental health conditions.
-An understanding of the recovery principles in mental health, as well as the Mental Health Act, Mental Capacity Act and CPA Process.
-Excellent written and oral communication skills including, but not limited to the ability to engage with clients experiencing a wide range of mental health problems and coexisting conditions.
-Proven ability to develop effective partnerships with statutory and voluntary sector providers with the ability to advocate effectively at all levels.
-Willingness to work flexibly with clients, including at their rough sleeping locations and as part of early morning outreach shifts.
