YOUR TASKS
* To provide administration support to the Quality department.
* To manage and control the colour pack system, and logging / reporting any discrepancies.
* To generate specifications and complete questionnaires as required for customers.
* To conduct internal audits and assist close out of NCR’s.
* To generate NCR and customer complaint documentation, ensuring closure in appropriate timescales.
* Maintenance and upkeep of quality department files and records.
* To quarantine / release finished goods as required.
* Processing Supplier Approval questionnaires.
* Entering Training onto the Training Matrix.
* Liaising with Departmental Managers regarding all document control.
* Collate monthly trends for Internal NCR’s & Customer Complaints.
* Support QA’s when required.
* Investigate root causes, corrective and preventative actions.
* Liaise with Finance for customer credits relating to Quality.
* Perform other duties as directed by the Quality Manager.
YOUR PROFILE
* Computer skills including the use of Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Word.
* Computer literate able to use Business management systems - Avante (training will be provided).
* Excellent Attention to detail.
* Take instruction and manage own workload.
* Excellent communication skills essential, ability to give clear written and verbal instructions, and be clearly understood.
* Able to identify areas of weakness within processes and help find solutions.
* Highly responsible, reliable and flexible with a strong work ethic.
* Able to effectively prioritise and adapt to a varied and changeable workload.
* Punctual, presentable and with good attendance.
