This role involves supporting the team to work in alignment with our values and acting as the go-to person in the absence of the Store Manager. You will be a role model for the team and remain cool, calm, and collected under pressure. Your priority will be to be a fountain of knowledge on products and standards, while also assisting with administrative and operational duties and general store security. Key Responsibilities Support the store management team in all aspects of running the store including opening and closing the store, cash-handling, stock control, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and well-presented store at all times. Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating a positive attitude and commitment to product knowledge. Create amazing experiences for our customers through authentic service that leaves a lasting impression. Achieve sales goals and performance metrics and drive the store’s success by being an ambassador and supporting local marketing efforts. Perform other duties as required/assigned by the manager. Maintain compliance with company policies, including health and safety regulations and inventory management. Take ownership of stock management and execute visual merchandising guidelines, contributing towards and delivering on store KPIs.
