ACR are delighted to be recruiting for a Trainee Assistant Site Manager to join a privately owned developer. You will be working with an exceptional Award winning Project Manager, so this will give the successful candidate the chance to learn and shadow a very talented team. The Trainee Assistant is encouraged to spend their time on site learning and experience all elements of being an Assistant Site Manager and a Site Manager. The role will involve carrying out the following tasks: Reporting any activities or actions to the Site Manager that could affect health and safety, quality, customer care, or cost Liaising with other internal departments, externals suppliers and partners to ensure the build programme is achieved Helping in the monitoring of material levels on site to ensure the minimum amount of stock, but enough to ensure the site programme is met and all labour is efficiently employed Ensuring that all plots are built to the highest standard of quality, and contribute to a high standard of overall presentation on site, at a minimum Showing a good behavioural example in all aspects of health and safety, organisation, conduct, quality of work, and professionalism To be successful in the role, we are looking for: Confident communicator with a positive attitude Show signs of leadership and developing assertive skills Ability to prioritise tasks, demonstrating a good problem-solving ability Appetite for learning and gaining experiences in all areas of site management and customer care Qualifications and Training Valid CSCS card Valid SMSTS certificate - desirable Valid First Aid certificate - desirable Construction Management – HNC Level 4, HND desirable GCSE Grade C and above To find out more about this role, please contact Zayna Grant on (phone number removed)
