Streamlining payroll with precision, compliance, and accuracy As a Payroll and Benefits specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth payroll processing with timely, accurate information, conducting checks on monthly reports before management approval, and maintaining full compliance with payroll and pension legislation. As a Payroll & Benefits specialist, you'll be responsible for: Processing payroll cycles for multiple regions including expenses processing Validating and signing off payroll checks and controls Managing daily workload and responding to payroll-related emails Maintaining comprehensive guidance notes and ensuring payroll system efficiency Collaborating with HR and management on benefits administration and improvements Acting as a subject matter expert for payroll queries and contribute to related projects We'd love you to have Detailed understanding of taxation, payroll, and pensions legislations Experience with payroll inputting, output checking, and accounting principles Familiarity with international payroll processing (e.g., Ireland, US, Singapore) Excellent IT skills, including Excel, HR, and payroll systems Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills Ability to engage with stakeholders and handle pay/benefits queries effectively Work in a way that works for you We recognise that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
