Job Description
* Coordination of sales-related activities and support to the team.
* Managing customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
* Maintaining and updating customer databases for the department.
* Processing sales orders and ensuring timely delivery.
* Assisting in producing sales reports and forecasts.
* Liaising with other departments to ensure business operations run smoothly.
* Providing administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support team.
* Assisting in the planning and organisation of sales events or meetings.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Sales Administrator should have:
* Relevant experience as a Sales Administrator
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM systems.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Strong customer service skills.
* The ability to work well in a team and multitask.
