Organize interviews, prepare schedules, and ensure smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers. Act as the administrator for our applicant tracking system (ATS), resolving system issues and driving efficiency. Deliver insightful recruitment reports to help the team achieve key performance indicators. Support recruitment campaigns, including event logistics and stakeholder engagement.
