Our unique offices are located about a 10–15-minute journey from either the Stratford-upon-Avon or Honeybourne Stations. About the Opportunity : R eporting to the Director, Regional Sales, you will be responsible for acting as the connection between our customers and our sales team in the UK and Europe. This includes calling new and existing businesses to generate sales leads, researching and qualifying leads for account manager s, providing backup for order processing, assisting with renewal opportunities, and supporting the Transoft Educational Program. Specific accountabilities include: Generat ing l eads through cold calls and emails to potential customers, including post-call follow-up activities. Supporting sales leads by thoroughly researching prospects, which may includ e reviewing their LinkedIn profiles, analysing their website s, and understanding their projects or needs. Assist ing the sales team through out the sales process and with administrative tasks, as. Utilis ing the sales database to maintain updated and accurate lead information, sales, and customer records. Manag ing the s ales o rder mailbox and coordinat ing with Account Managers. Manag ing telephone sales enquiries. Provid ing backup for the Customer Service Representatives. Receiv ing and process ing purchase orders. Verify ing orders, including customers' contact information and payment details. T rack ing, coordinating, and communicating subscription renewal s, which includes g enerating and sending subscription renewal quotes. Providing support for program requests and response s. Managing student requests for temporary educational licenses. Assisting with registration forms. About You: You have prior experience in an administrative or sales support role. You have exceptional organizational, prioritization and time management skills. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating an ability to communicate effectively, respectfully, and tactfully. You are incredibly detail oriented. You work well both independently and as part of a team. You have a customer service mindset with a strong desire to deliver exceptional service. You are proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite of products.
