Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
* To identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across various industries, focusing on Engineering.
* To work closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
* To maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales calls, and follow-ups.
* To contribute to the development and implementation of effective sales strategies.
Salary: The base salary is £25,000 per annum, which rises to £30,000 upon promotion. In addition to this, there is an excellent uncapped commission structure that can reach up to 40% of total earnings (On-Target Earnings - OTE £50k ++).
