About the Role
The Digital Marketing Manager will play a key role in creating and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, enhance brand visibility, and contribute to the company's ambitious growth plans. This role offers hybrid working (2-3 days in the office) for flexibility and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Marketing: Plan and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns to expand brand reach.
2. Audience Targeting: Identify and engage the right audiences to distribute marketing content effectively.
3. Content Management: Develop and manage engaging website content that resonates with the target market.
4. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimise strategies.
5. SEO & PPC: Lead efforts in search engine optimisation and paid campaigns to maximise ROI.
6. Social Media: Oversee content creation and community management across platforms to drive engagement.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, events, and operations teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
