The successful applicant will lead the team within a nurturing and caring culture to ensure the highest quality of relational support is provided for the young people we care for. Working hours are 37 per week, Mon – Fri (with rotational out of hours, duty management responsibilities including weekends). Who are we looking for to join the team? Minimum 2 years previous experience of Residential Childcare practice and/or working in a management, or leadership role in a relevant field Relevant professional qualifications in Social Work/Social Care. SVQ Level 4 Social Services (Children and Young People), SVQ Leadership and Management for Care Services Level 4 are desirable. Experience of working collaboratively with other agency professionals. Ability to flexibility participate in the on-call rota which will involve providing weekend cover on a rotational basis As regular travel will be involved in the role, you must have a full driving license What can you expect from working with Care Visions?
