Your primary focus will be on managing and maintaining digital signage solutions, providing technical support, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services What you’ll do: Obtain a general understanding of key technology components. Build and maintain strong relationships with retail clients, acting as the main point of contact for all service-related inquiries and support requests. Oversee the implementation and deployment of digital signage solutions for retail clients, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. Monitor the performance and health of digital signage systems, proactively identifying and resolving technical issues or malfunctions. Provide technical support to retail clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues related to digital signage systems. Collaborate with internal technical teams to resolve complex technical issues and escalate unresolved issues as necessary. Develop and maintain knowledge resources and documentation to assist clients in troubleshooting common problems independently Conduct training sessions for clients on how to use and manage digital signage platforms effectively. Assist clients in the onboarding process, guiding them through the setup and configuration of digital signage solutions. Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy and consistency of content displayed on digital signage screens. You’ll be a good match if you have: Proven leadership and team management skills. Experience with financial management and budgeting. Communicate and interact with internal employees, clients, and colleagues in a professional and timely manner Self-starter capable of working independently and meeting deadlines.
