We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator based at our Caledonian site at Prestwick. As a Project Coordinator, you will coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information, liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives along with other tasks and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.
2. Break projects into manageable actions and set timeframes.
3. Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.
4. Assign tasks to internal/ external teams and assist with schedule management.
5. Make sure that clients' needs are met as projects evolve.
6. Help prepare budgets.
7. Analyse risks and opportunities.
8. Oversee project procurement management.
9. Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
10. Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all stakeholders.
11. Create and use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures.
12. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
13. Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance audits.
Requirements:
1. Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator.
2. Experience in project management, from conception to delivery.
3. An ability to prepare and interpret Gantt Charts, schedules and step-by-step action plans.
4. Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
5. Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
6. Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
7. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner or similar applications.
8. Hands-on experience of project management.
9. PMP / PRINCE2 certification is desirable.
Security Clearance:
Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance is required and must be maintained for this role. Please note that in the event that BPSS clearance cannot be obtained, you may not be eligible for the role and/or any offer of employment may be withdrawn on grounds of national security.
