Payroll Administrator

Our client, a well-established and reputable company in Walsall, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join their team. Location: Walsall
Salary: £26,000-£28,000
Job Type: Full-Time/Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
* Process end-to-end payroll for the company's employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Maintain payroll records and ensure timely submissions of statutory returns.
* Calculate wages, deductions, bonuses, and other payroll-related adjustments.
* Respond to payroll queries from employees and liaise with HR and finance teams.
* Ensure compliance with payroll legislation, tax regulations, and company policies.
* Support payroll audits and reporting as required.
Skills & Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or in a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance.
* Proficiency in payroll software.
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
